Entire spacious townhome just off I-15. Close to SUU. Perfect as a home base for day trips to Zion, Kolob Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, and Brain Head. This home is clean, spacious, and ready for a comfortable stay. Two-story townhome with a fireplace. All sleeping accommodations are on the second level. Fully fenced backyard. The kitchen has coffee maker, toaster, and pots/pans for cooking. The property backs I-15. There are sound covers for the windows, but be aware if you are sensitive to freeway noise.

Great value and comfortable for my entire family.
Amber was a fantastic host and very responsive. She dropped off the mailbox key when I needed to retrieve a letter from the locked postal box the very same day! The place was extremely clean and very spacious. We stayed for 2 weeks and would stay again if we are ever in the area. Highly recommend her property!
