Michelle was very responsive and helpful during my stay. I did not have any issues or concerns regarding the home itself, everything was perfect. I needed to communicate with Michelle regarding my rental dates on several occasions & she was very understanding and responded promptly every time!

Michelle and Ben are exactly what you hope for in a hosting duo. I had a minor hiccup getting into the house but Michelle responded almost instantly with a solution! The property itself was immaculate; it was clear that they take great pride in maintaining it to the highest standards. I was able to workout in the backyard, watch football on their sizable TV, and study in the dedicated office space! Throughout my stay, I had a question regarding the water temp and Ben showed up the same day and was able to smooth things out! It's evident that they genuinely care about their guests' experiences and are committed to making sure every aspect of the stay is perfect. The location of this Airbnb was also a plus. It's in a residential neighborhood right near a scenic reservoir and only a 10min drive to downtown Springfield! 10/10 would recommend these two and their property!

Upton is my home away from home. This is my second stay and it was just as good as the first. Loved the new upgrades: security cameras and the central air system. Highly recommend, 10/10.

I stayed at Michelle's place for 5 weeks with a friend while we were doing a rotation at Mercy hospital. Not only was this a perfect location (about a 6 minute drive to Mercy, and even closer to Baystate) but this was probably the most well-stocked Airbnb I've ever stayed at! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, the bathroom had shampoo and each bedroom had blackout shades for odd-hour shifts. Michelle was a great host, very communicative and even added a third bed when we thought another classmate was going to stay with us. There was some annoying construction during our stay (nobody's fault!) and Michelle was very helpful. The only thing I wished I had known was that it's not recommended to drink the tap water- so if you're staying here make sure to bring or buy your water. Not a big deal at all, just FYI. As far as the neighborhood, it was perfectly quiet and pleasant but I personally wouldn't go for a jog alone in the area. I highly recommend this Airbnb!
