Perfect for the young and young at heart, the bunk room has two queen bunk bed sets (four queen beds) and a twin bunk bed (two twin beds). Each of the six beds has its own reading light and outlet. MAIN FLOOR GREAT ROOM: No one will miss a thing with the open-concept, modern, bright living area. The space has ample seating, a large 75" smart TV and a large wood burning fireplace. The dining table seats 12-14 when fully extended and the kitchen island seats four. The kitchen has a large refrigerator/freezer, two ovens, two dishwashers, microwave, walk-in pantry and plenty of small appliances. Bring the outside in with the expansive 10’ high x 22' wide sliding door that opens up to the lake with sounds of waves against the shoreline below. Beautiful! BASEMENT FAMILY ROOM: On the lower level is a fun, cozy family room with wood burning fireplace and a 85” smart TV with 5.1.2 surround sound theater. Games, puzzles, books, ping pong and more can be enjoyed in this space. Also, as an open concept room, a kitchenette is part of the family room. The kitchenette offers a refrigerator/freezer combo, dishwasher, microwave and seating area. 16' wide screen doors/windows offer great lake views and shoreline sound from below. LAUNDRY: There are two full size laundry rooms, one on each floor for your convenience. Basement laundry room having a full-size bath with walk-in shower included. OFFICE: Above the garage, accessible from inside the house, is a bonus room complete with a full-size bath with walk-in shower, wood burning fireplace, 65" smart TV, and a private deck with lake view accessible via a 16' wide screen door/windows. SETTING AND VIEWS: The home is built on a quiet peninsula on Flathead Lake. Unencumbered views, expanding north to south, look eastward across the lake at foothills and mountains as backdrop. You can even see Glacier National Park to the north on a sunny day. OUTDOOR AMENITIES: The house has two jet ski slips for your use, as well as a mooring ball. The boat lifts are not for guest use as they are already in use all summer. The dock has stairs that walk into the lake. There are also four kayaks and plenty of life jackets and beach towels. Irrigated lawn adjoins basement patio for outdoor fun use. Two house decks and a patio, all with seating. There is a Dakota Fire Pit with seating, as well, overlooking the lake. Lastly, the hot tub is not for guest use. Per county regulations, it must be emptied, cleaned, and refilled between guests. That's just not something we're prepared to do.
