This was an awesome house. Our group of young people loved being out in nature. Next time our group is in town we will definitely book this house again.
The house and location made me look good, you might ask how did the house make me look good?? We had three couples on this trip and I was the one who picked out the house. In the past I have picked out houses and when the other couples walked in there was just frowns and head shaking then comments like: What were you thinking, you had to be drinking and you are NEVER picking a house again. That's how a house and location can make you look good!
House was beautiful! Our kids enjoyed fishing in the pond and everything the house had to offer. Great stay!!

Beautiful land. Large older home, multiple air conditioners kept it pleasant. No WiFi. Hotspot (US Cellular) provided would not work with any devices-phones, iPads, computers-nothing. Had 2 bars 5G cell service so we were fine for just a few days, but be warned if this matters to you. It did not to us. I don’t think it’s rented too often because it could have used a deep cleaning or even a touch up. Sand/dirt all over floor by front door-possibly blew in under? Obviously used areas like counters and showers were clean, but dusty baseboards and edges of rooms. Lots of spiders inside and out….but what you should expect in such a wooded area. It was very remote-but also close enough to a very good coffee shop 7 mins away in Sand Springs. Everything functional and the kids thought the loft area in one of the upstairs bedrooms was neat. All the bedrooms are large and most have bathrooms attached. Fairly nice place to stay in the area.
