Lovely place to stay and close to local amenities. The flat is specious, clean and decorated well. Richard was very friendly and helpful, great host.

Great location, walking distance from a beautiful canal path which we used for runs. Flat was exactly as described - we used it as a work from home base for a few days and it was ideal. Richard and Caroline were amazing communicators and friendly hosts, even sharing some delicious fresh eggs from their adorable chickens. Cute ponies to say hi to in the field next door as well.

Great stay. Friendly hosts and conveniently located to get into Leeds and explore a bit of Yorkshire. Comfy bed and great shower!

We stayed two nights at the Garden Flat as part of our retreat for an event and we could not have asked for more. The space was wonderfully peaceful, clean has everything you need with lovely walks just 2 minutes down the road. Both hosts are super helpful, Richard showed us around the property and made sure we knew where they was in case we needed them. Overall this was a home away from home and we could not recommend it enough, we will definitely be coming back in the future. Ellie & Callum
