We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property in Abilene, Texas! The house was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Our host was exceptional with communication, always prompt and helpful, ensuring that our stay was smooth and enjoyable. The neighborhood was lovely—nice and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Abilene. Five stars all the way!

We loved having the pool table. 2 adults and 3 kids, it was a great wind-down at the end of our day - kept us from using our electronics and do something together as a family. Loved how easy it was to get where we needed from this place, placed everything we wanted to within 4 minutes or 4 miles. Erika and Arnoldo are SUPER HOST for a reason! Very attentive without being intrusive, and no matter what I messaged, she was right on top of responding. Enjoyed our stay, loved the place and are already looking forward to our next visit - hopefully the place will be available. Erika is awesome and I highly recommend staying at The Mod!

We had a great time. House was very nice and much better than getting a hotel for the night. Very attentive host and super friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
