Toya's place was great! Everything was exactly as described and pictured. We were able to check-in early and Toya met us at the gate . Toya was very helpful and friendly without being intrusive. The view is beautiful and peaceful. Our 4 year old loved all the dogs on the property. The location is perfect for being out of the city but close to everything. The cafe and restaurant on site are delicious . We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We're a couple of 60-plus year-olds visiting friends in Ensenada so needed a bit of help adapting to Mexico. Toya and her family were super helpful and friendly, particularly in helping us find our way in a foreign country as they speak Spanish and English. We felt that they cared about our needs and upgraded us when the opportunity arose. It was a very easy stay. Toya's accommodation is full of character. Being able to sit and watch the pelicans soar past over the ocean was wonderful. There is a café on site (closes at 3.00pm) offering good drinks and food - and also a restaurant (but that was out of our budget). The rooms are near the sea and the sound of the main road is largely blocked by other buildings (the restaurant and café etc). The property is accessed from the main road which is a busy and fast multi-lane highway so it is worth checking the location carefully because it is easy to miss the entrance. I recommend making "Toya Café" the destination on your Sat Nav.

I had a great experience at this place. Toya was incredibly kind and welcoming. It was my first time traveling with my little puppy, and this location was perfect for our family trip. The ocean view from the second-floor balcony was stunning. Additionally, there was a coffee shop conveniently located right in front of the community. We enjoyed our morning coffee there. The little garden in our unit was also beautiful. My husband and I are definitely planning on going back. This place is going to be our go-to vacation spot for our family trips in the future!
