Located 5.5 miles from the airport downtown at the end of a quiet neighborhood <100 ft. from park. Beautiful coastal trail, shopping, and restaurants all within walking distance or a short ride. Designated unit parking and smart TV! This unit is a perfect blend of modern comfort and city living, ready to host you!

Tyler and Megan were very prompt with communication, their place was neat and tidy. Kitchen was well-equipped and bed was very comfortable and cozy. Location was convenient from airport and closer to downtown but only drawback as mentioned in other reviews is that the neighbourhood doesn’t feel safe especially if you need to walk to places in the evening. Besides this I would recommend their place!

Excellent hosts: Tyler was extremely helpful during my entire stay. When I suggested a few small items for the kitchen he purchased them immediately and brought them to the apartment. The place was spacious, quiet, and close to downtown. The outside of the building is not going to win any prizes, but I think it's a very good value.
Tyler and Megan’s place was exactly like the pictures. It was clean and close to everything. We enjoyed our stay.

The Bungalow at 11th Avenue is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood at the end of a dead end street with plenty of space for friends to visit. There are picnic tables, a fire pit and a barbecue outside that are available to all guests. There is a great park for dogs and children <100 feet away and a mix of coastal trails, dining, shopping and the best restaurants in Anchorage within minutes of the unit.
You can bike, walk or get a short Uber ride downtown to shopping, dining, the coastal trail, etc.

Hi there! Our names are Tyler and Megan. We are siblings who live in the greatest city in the best state - Anchorage, Alaska. As life-long Alaskans, we've had the opportunity to experience some truly amazing sights and have had our share of incredible Alaska experiences. Many of them were right alongside our family. We decided to become Airbnb hosts together knowing that we could help others make their stay in Alaska, one for the books! We purchased the property and took over the previous Airbnb listings. We are excited about continuing the awesome experience of the several hundred past guests and earning even more 5-star ratings while putting our own personalities into it. There is so much that Anchorage has to offer and we can't wait to host you.
