Moe was extremely responsive to all our needs. I look forward to renting again. The place was clean and comfortable.

Moe's place was as exactly as described. The location cannot be beat; close proximity to great restaurants, groceries, entertainment, etc. We're originally from the area, and we can honestly say, this is a great find in a nice neighborhood. While the house was well appointed, there were some things that could use improvement. The master bed is very uncomfortable. Pillows and mattresses were definitely on the cheap side and everything was in place to "look" nice without the comfort to back it up. There were some nice touches throughout and the host provided plenty of "needs". The Layout of the house is great and if we had the opportunity to have our own FL home, it would be something like Moe's place. Host was incredibly responsive to issues (AC in the back room not efficient, outlets not working and due to weather some ants started trying to make their way into the master bathroom). If the bed gets an extra topper or new mattress, we would def stay again.

My family’s house was under construction and this was the perfect home away from home for us! It was very comfortable and worked perfectly to fit our needs.
