LICENCIA : ETV/ 15648 This brand new house is a successful blend of luxurious comfort and individual charm. The architecture of the building is nostalgic and already a hundred years old. However, local architects and designers have lovingly and carefully renovated the house over the past year. Today, the property presents a successful symbiosis of historical flair and modern comfort. We are sure that up to eight people will have an unforgettable stay . The house has been extensively renovated, the design is straightforward, open, bright and minimalist. On two floors, traditional quarry stone walls are combined with stylish, contemporary furniture. Architects only renovated the property in 2021 and have succeeded in merging the merits of old and new into one atmospheric unit. Around 245 square metres can comfortably accommodate eight guests. The four double bedrooms, each with air conditioning and en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, offer pleasant, restful nights. All bedrooms have twin beds (90 cm wide x 2 m long), three of which are on the upper floor. In the 4th bedroom on the ground floor, two more holiday guests can make themselves comfortable. On the ground floor you will also find a beautiful, spacious living room with an open, elegant kitchen.

Ha sido un placer alojarnos con Doris. La casa es exactamente como se describe, todo funciona perfectamente, con todas la equipación necesaria y con un jardín precioso. Doris ha sido muy amable con nosotros y tanto check in como check Out han sido muy fáciles! Para nuestro gusto está en una ubicación perfecta, en el centro de la isla, fácil para moverte a donde quieras en poco tiempo. Sin duda un alojamiento que recomendamos 100%!!!
Amazing place to stay! So beautiful and peaceful. Doris made sure to communicate with us and even went above and beyond to give us recommendations of activities to do during our stay. Will definitely book again !!
We stayed as a family with varying ages & the house was perfect for all of us. The outside space & pool was a highlight. Each bedroom was very generous & a luxury that they were all en suite. We enjoyed cooking & eating at home most days as the town itself is on the quiet side.
We all (group of 5) had a wonderful stay! Beautiful villa which is modern, clean and had all the key amenities we needed to feel comfortable and welcomed. Doris is a great host! Very responsive, clear and helpful with the information we needed. I’d recommend this villa and location for a group of friends and/or family looking to relax and connect in a peaceful Majorcan village! Approx 20-25 mins drive from Palma and less than an hour drive from Deia and Soller (must-see coastal towns).
Wir waren Doris Gäste in dem schönen Haus in Consell. Die Organisation war super und das Haus ist extrem schön eingerichtet. Der Pool ist sauber und gepflegt. Consell bietet ein schönes und ruhiges Ambiente. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Consell is the ideal place to spend a varied and idyllic break on Mallorca.
The village is centrally located in the middle of the island, and the vibrant capital Palma is just 20 minutes away.
Everything you need - supermarkets, shops, bars or restaurants - is close by, so you don't even need a car.
By the way, Consell is not only known for its wine and almond cultivation, but above all for the largest Sunday flea market on the island.
Here you can browse extensively and look for treasures large and small.
Those who want to explore the island from Consell will be pleased with the property's good location directly on the continuing road. You may hear it outside, depending on the wind direction, but you can be in the nearby leather town of Inca in no time, in the mountains for hiking in 15 km or at one of the picturesque beaches such as Playa Ciudad Jardín (about 26 km away).
Although there is a parking space for 2 cars, you can also get to Consell by train from Palma. Then it's a 20-minute walk to the house.
