Beautiful location on a lake with dock and kayaks, the house was perfect and Michel was a great host

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Michel in his beautiful lakeside property. Michel was so gracious showing us around his place, pointing out key features, like the incredible coffee machine in the kitchen the billiards table upstairs and even setting up the outdoor seating and turning on the gas fire ring in the evening. Also, without our asking, he suggested various itineraries, where we might take in the sights of Quebec City, as well as his personal favorite restaurants. Each morning he brought out baked goods and pastries and we were welcomed to use whatever items we might need from the fridge. But what I enjoyed mostly was his company at breakfast where we would discuss our day with him and learn more about him. Michel is a very generous person and I would recommend his Lac-Delage contemporary home to anyone.

Certainement l'une des meilleures location airbnb effectuée. On loue rarement des chambres avec hôtes et au final, Michel a amélioré notre séjour par sa gentillesse, sa générosité, ses attentions et le plaisir de discuter avec lui. L'endroit est parfait. Le lac, grande cuisine équipée, salle de bain privée, foyer sur le balcon parfait pour relaxer après le vélo à empire 47 qui, lui, est à 2 pas. Assuré que quand nous retournerons dans la région, ce sera là.

Michel’s place exceeded my expectations. It was a terrific place to stay, and the perfect home base for me to explore a number of the nearby natural areas, and other things. Everything in the house is top quality and elegant, but it is at the same time a very comfortable and relaxed space. The lake is beautiful and the amenities such as the well equipped back deck allow you to really enjoy it. Michael’s tips about the surrounding areas were invaluable to me. He was an excellent and engaged host in all respects.

Welcoming house in a beautiful place. Michel was very reachable and gave us a few tips on what to do around. We loved kayaking and swimming in the lake after hiking. Something fresh and new for breakfast was a nice perk. Highly recommend!
