Really happy with the place and Grace the host was very informative and friendly. She responded quickly and will look for her to host again next time in Vegas!!!

While Grace was responsive, her place didn’t meet my expectations. “Condo” was apartments in poor condition. Broken windows, electrical box exposed, etc. No exterior lighting worked in the complex. Complex had building numbers spray painted. Interior of apartment was as described as far as furnishings, but mattresses/pillows were stained and there were holes in the walls. Complex was located near the strip but also across the street from the MGM Wet Republic Ultra Pool with DJ’s: music/subs are loud enough to hear inside the unit.

Right across the road from the mgm pool and top golf. Easy walk to the strip through mgm.

Great space and good location right near the strip. The outside of the building looks a bit rough/dirty, but it's quiet at night, which is great. The inside looked as it does in the photos and was clean. Host was very helpful and very responsive! If using a scooter or wheelchair, getting inside would be very difficult or impossible, as there is a step to get up and into the front door, and then another step down into the living room right after the entrance. This made it impossible for us to park our scooter inside the apartment. Other than the outside being dirty/rough and the ADA accessible entrance, everything was smooth and we quite enjoyed our stay!
