Amazing!!! Best place we've ever stayed. Beautiful inside with thoughtful amenities like cozy blankets, teapot, paper aupplies... Great views! Unique loft layout was fun for us. Location is great for walls in town, busses, and thermal pools. Quiet with sounds of the creek. Deer frolicking in woods next door. Responsive and sweet host.

Despite the great location and appealing design, our stay faced significant challenges. The apartment lacked essential items for a 7-night stay, providing only one stained towel per person. Despite requesting missing items, the host's rude refusal to clean the visibly dirty floor, especially considering the promised cleaning services, was disappointing. Moreover, the absence of a closet or hangers, contrary to the listing, made organizing clothes challenging. Safety concerns arose due to dangling cables without a night light above the bed. The state of the cleaning equipment contributed to the overall cleanliness issues. While the apartment had positives, such as its location and design, the lack of essential items and the host's poor response tarnished the experience. Improvement in cleanliness and better communication from the host would significantly enhance future guest experiences.
