great space, clean stay, convenient base camp to visit Sanibel, Matlacha, Bonita Springs. Highway noise at night was negligible unless you are accustomed to absolute silence outside.

Beautiful home which was very comfortable and spacious. It was centrally located, between I75 and Route 41 (Tamiami Trail) which worked perfectly for us. Close to the airport and yes it is close to the highway, but the noise did not bother us in the least. We thoroughly enjoyed the home and location. We would definitely stay with Leonie again as she was a very responsive and accommodating host.

Leonie was a superb host, quick to respond, the place was ideal for us with clean bathrooms, comfortable living area, full kitchen and nice backyard. Other reviews have noted the property is just off highway so road noise but we were ok with it and enjoyed the immediate access.
