I had the pleasure of staying at Tanya’s Airbnb for about a month, as I was relocating to the area for a new job. The place is exactly as described/ as shown in the pictures and the space is perfect for 1-2 people to comfortably stay in. The room is in the basement of the home with a separate, private entrance and the private restroom is just down the hall as well. While other people noted that they heard noises from upstairs, I didn’t have any issues with noise and had a very comfortable stay. This place has great value and I’d recommend anyone staying in the area to check this place out. The neighborhood is very quiet and feels super safe and Tanya is super friendly, communicative, and proactive in ensuring that her guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay.

This place is fantastic and so are the hosts. Tanya and her family are some the nicest people I've met in Montgomery County and I've met a lot of people. The area is relatively quiet and walkable with several directions to choose from. The space itself was comfortable, immaculate and private; the latter being most important to me since I keep irregular hours as I complete my masters degree. There's even a white board in the room that can be used with a dry marker to stay on schedule for completing tasks. The place was perfect for my needs and I highly recommend staying here.
