This place had several minor issues and some major issues that contributed to my low rating. There were also a few positives. Major issues: The floor in the loft was torn up under the bed. There is no way to prop the patio door open or any patio furniture. Extremely uncomfortable bed Minor Issues: Missing artwork; there were multiple empty hooks. Overly 'clean' smelling bathroom. The furnishings look like someone bought the cheapest things on Wayfair. The wear and tear is noticeable. Positives: Located next to a park with a pop-up dog park. Easy walking distance to downtown Redmond. Secure, not street, parking.

Very unique stay! Loved the location and the interior! Great communication with host and this was definitely appreciated !

Vince was truly a wonderful host! We had the entire loft to our self and Vince was very reliable with communication and instructions. It was so private and peaceful. Definitely would come back here when back in the Seattle/Redmond area!

Immaculate, clean, just as described if not even better. One of the most convenient areas for shopping, groceries, bars, restaurants, theaters, parks, Etc in the Pacific Northwest

definitely would come again, it was nice having a way in and out from the street and not having to use the key card 1x dog friendly park about 1 block away, lots of great food close by too. Vince was very nice and helpful
