Just a short walk to the Jordan River Walking Trail and short drive to attractions like Thanksgiving Point, Ashton Gardens, Museum of Ancient Life, Larry H. Miller Megaplex and Silicon Slopes. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Enjoy the view of the mountains looking out the small private balcony that sits on the front of the condo. The master bedroom has one king bed. Enjoy a good nights rest with the cooling comfort of a Purple mattress, and if you'd like to sleep in, the oversized window has blackout coverings that wrap around the sides of the window making the room as dark as possible and blocking out any ambient light during the night. The master also has a walk-in closet where you can find an air mattress and extra blankets and pillows, and a Dyson air purifier and fan. The second bedroom is catered to kiddos, but obviously anyone The third bedroom is setup as an office with a large desk, computer monitor and a printer, perfect if you need to get some work done. FRONT ROOM The front room has a sectional sofa as well as a day bed that is set up as a sofa but is easily adjusted by moving the roll bar to a twin size bed OR the top cushion can be removed and placed on the floor next to its base and it is now a queen size bed. KITCHEN The kitchen has cookware, basic cooking utensils, dishware including plates and bowls and glassware. Plates and cups and utensils for kids are available, but if you need these on hand please let me know prior to your stay so I can ensure that they are available to you. I have a Keurig mini with an assortment of coffees, as well as teas, hot chocolate and apple cider to choose from. PARKING My condo has a one car parking space directly in front of the garage marked 202. Additionally you will get a single parking spot amongst general parking, so a total of two designated spots.
