This house was perfect for a bunch of people to stay in Detroit for a while. There's a basement with a streaming TV that accommodates big groups, 4 bedrooms with awesome beds, a spacious kitchen with stone counters, very nice finishes with off street parking and an amazing location. Samantha responds instantly even to my most obvious questions or requests. Clean clean clean and spacious. Easy access to everything. Don't hesitate to rent this space.

Perfect for family of 4 visiting uncle in Detroit. Comfortable, clean, safe, great value for $$. Loved the common space downstairs.

Samantha was extremely helpful when it came to us extending our stay the last minute like 4x lol. Everything was perfect! The only thing I recommend is maybe a curtain downstairs. Not because of privacy but due to so much light coming in. But I'm picky like that. So take it with a grain of salt. We will be staying there again next year!

House was wonderful, looked amazing. We were absolutely pleased with the house, it was very comfortable and settling in was easy. Will definitely use this location again the next time we come to Michigan to see family and friends.
