This spacious (102 m2) penthouse 3-bedroom apartment with a sauna, hot tub, large terrace (18 m2) is something I am sure you will enjoy! Located in Tartu only 5 minutes walk from the centre, everything is in walkable distance. I provide my guests with one private parking spot in the gated courtyard, fast 100 Mbit/s wifi, 55" Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube Premium, full kitchen with an espresso machine and all cooking essentials. When entering the apartment, on the right hand side is the living room with an open kitchen. To the left are three bedrooms and a small bathroom with a mirror and a shower corner. From the living room, a door opens to a large terrace and another door to the pre-sauna room, after that there is a large bathroom with a Jacuzzi and a sauna. There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a comfortable and wide continental bed (160 cm), the other bedrooms have traditional wooden beds (140 cm and 160 cm). All bedrooms have reading lamps and blackout blinds to make the night as pleasant as possible. The beds have comfortable and high-quality spring mattresses (Sleepwell Red Pocket), which are packed with 5-zone pocket suspension. When it comes to bed linen, I prefer natural and breathable materials, recently I have acquired satin bed linen sets. For laundry, I use natural products (mostly Estonian eco-friendly Mulieres). The living room has an extendable dining table, a kitchenette with an oven and a ceramic stove, and a dishwasher. There are pans, pots, plates and everything else necessary for cooking. In addition, a toaster, a French Press, a hand mixer, an old-school waffle maker (I can give you a recipe for making wonderful waffles) and an espresso machine (the machine has coffee beans). We have not forgotten canola oil for frying, salt, sugar, pepper, other spices and olive oil. In addition, there is flour, oatmeal and other basic dry ingredients in the cupboard, which you can use. The living room also has access to the terrace, where in the summer there are lots of flowers and greenery (and a tortoise Hermiine) and where it is a great opportunity to sunbathe on a sun lounger in the summer or enjoy your morning coffee or just chill. In the middle of the living room, there is an OLED LG 55-inch Smart-TV with Telia Standart package/HBO (58+ channels), in addition, it is possible to enjoy Netflix, watch YouTube Premium without ads. Next to the TV is a children's corner, where they have their own table and chairs, as well as a treasure chest full of toys. Moving on from the living room, you enter the pre-sauna room, where you can relax and enjoy a cold drink after sauna on a comfortable leather sofa. Next, we reach the large bathroom - there you can wash yourself, relax in the jacuzzi (it has both air and water massage functions). Now we get to the sauna. What could be more pleasant than warming up your body in the sauna in this cold and dark time? PS - it is possible to accommodate larger groups as well.
