Our home is a fourth generation family home that has been upgraded and tastefully decorated with calming colors and a relaxing beach vibe. “Seclusion” sits on its own private lot with large private backyard surrounded by trees. From the back door, you can walk out onto the deck which overlooks the backyard. The laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer the you are free to use as well as laundry detergent to get those whites bright again! The home has an open floor plan with a living room kitchen dining combination. All cooking utensils, cookware, dinnerware is provided. The fastest Wifi available has been added to give you the best connection possible. Choose your layout! You are able to have the master suite separated off from the rest of the house and only accessible by a front door entrance or we can open the house for you so that the bedroom is accessible to the rest of the house as well. You will be able to enter the bedroom from the inside through bedroom number one. Simply tell us how you would like the home set up for your arrival. The first bedroom has a queen bed as well as a set of bunkbeds. two drawers are available in the armoire for you to place your folded clothes, or, open the top doors to reveal plenty of extra blankets! There is a double closet for space to hang your clothes in the hallway leading to the bedroom as well as a full bath. Bedroom number two is the master suite! It has its own kitchenette which includes a retro mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, table with two chairs, and a few snacks to get you started. There is an extra large walk-in closet with more than enough hanging space as well as some shelves that you are welcome to use, plus an extra dresser if needed. There is a dresser in the bedroom for your folded clothes, a queen size bed, twin bed, and a floor mattress which is stored in the closet and available for your use. You will have an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, double sinks, and more than enough room to move around! The living room has a sleeper sofa, a lounger for you to relax and read or watch TV, as well as two beanbag chairs that are super comfy! We will also be adding some games for everyone to stay entertained during your visit, as well as a few books if you love to read! Since this is a new listing, please let us know if these items are important to you and we will be sure to have them available for your stay. There are large windows in the living room to flood the place with lots of beautiful natural light! We have chosen to use window treatments that are light and airy to accent this feature. Just 15 minutes or so away is your choice of restaurants, shopping, beautiful Lake Greenwood and a lovely county park for you to enjoy! Or how about lunch or dinner on the lake at Break on the Lake, Harris Landing, Skippers on Lake Greenwood, or Seasons by the Lake! You are sure to find an adventure or two. And if you really want to “dig“ into something different, Diamond Hill Mine is about 30 to 40 minutes away. There you can dig for all types of natural gems. Hopefully you will unearth a treasure!
