What a perfect place for a family vacation! This house was perfect for two families, with enough space for everyone. The kitchen was clean and easy to use. The benefit of two kitchens and two bathrooms was a huge bonus. Quick driving distance to the waterfront and central to most of the islands beaches, lighthouses, and other attractions. 10/10 would recommend!

Great location in a quiet area. Clean house with great living room with a very large tv. Great for watching sports. Which guys do on a golf trip. House was fully equipped. Matt was very responsive…no wait time and helpful.

Great location, on calm street. The house was exactly as posted - such a delight. Lovely cross breeze, ceiling fans and comfy bedding made for super restful sleep. A great space for a large family or 2 small families travelling together. The patio and bbq off the kitchen were a really nice touch.

Very clean spacious and well-located. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very clean well-provisioned house. Would stay there again. Be advised, most PEI homes unlike american ones do not have air conditioning. There are plenty of fans and open windows to ameliorate this. The house, although minutes from downtown Charlottetown, is on a very quiet street and convienent to island attractions, food & shopping.

Our family of 10 truly enjoyed our stay at Matt’s house. The house was very clean, lots of room, located on a quiet street and close to downtown and other attractions. We would gladly stay there again.
