Nanette is a great host! I did not get there until midnight and Nanette was there waiting for me! She was responsive to all questions from booking to checkout! It was about a 50-minute walk to the Bandshell - really nice beach walk. It is also right by all the restaurants and has a good breakfast/lunch restaurant attached to it which is very convenient. The building is a little old but Nanette’s place is very clean! Most importantly, there is parking no matter what time you get there. Hopefully the beach entrance will be finished soon! This place is exactly how Nanette advertised it! I would stay there again!

Nanette was a lovely host! We had a problem with the air conditioning and the next morning it was fixed. Excellent service. It was a great apartment in a great location. It was the perfect size for us. It's a peaceful location close to all amenities (the beach, CVS, 7-Eleven, restaurants, Congo golf, etc.). A visit to Daytona International Speedway or a Dine and Cruise on the Niagara River is well worth it. P.S. There's a gym in the building. Great for burning calories! Thanks Nanette. Hope to see you next year.

This was a great condo in a great location. It was the perfect size for the two of us, and was peacefully located farther down from the spring break madness and large resorts. Nanette was a great host who adapted to our arrival time and met us at the building to welcome us! Even though the pool was closed, there was plenty to do and the contractors only worked from late morning to early afternoon to avoid disruption. I highly recommend!

Nanette, is a wonderful hostess, and a fantastic and fabulous lady. I would recommend her condo it is very clean and a great place to stay.

Nanette was such a lovely host! Our arrival time had drastically changed and she was so nice and accommodating to our late check in. The whole experience was so delightful I will definitely be looking forward to staying at Nanette’s residence again in the future!
