In a family atmosphere you are welcome in our chalet "Les Charmettes***" " Rose" 150 m² ( 10 person max) apartment with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. Terrace, southern exposure, minimum 8h of sun in winter, 180 degree view on the valley. 10 minutes walk from the resort center, ski return possible, parking in front of the chalet, bus stop at 50m, sport shop partnership, individual ski locker and ski boots dryer with a traditional wood and stone architecture, you are welcome in the triplex apartment "La Rose" located in the family chalet. The fully equipped kitchen is open on the living room. Composed with a fireplace and sofas, the bright living room is facing south and is overlooking the terrace and the garden. Large windows offers a clear view on the entire valley of the Tarentaise and Mont Pourri. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with two bunk beds, 1 bedroom with two single beds and 1 mezzanine with 2 single beds. There are 4 bathrooms (2 en-suite), 2 toilets. Individual ski closet, ski boots dryer. Private parking in front of the chalet.

Great location to the slopes. Well laid out chalet with separate sleeping spaces between bedrooms which was ideal for 2 families of 4 like our stay. Incredible views through the valley.

Located in the heart of La Haute Tarentaise, 1850m above sea level, on a south-facing balcony, La Rosière is a friendly resort built between forests and pastures in the respect of the architectural traditions of the mountains.
The old village is a quiet neighborhood, with little traffic. The balconies and the sledge area in front of the chalet are not overlooked. The chalet is located in the heart of the old village, below the tennis courts, at the start of the hiking trails. We are located near the shopping center « Les Terrasses » (300 meters) where there is bakery, supermarket, cinema, and sports shop. The path brings you also to La Rosière center where there is the Tourist Office is (500meters)
In addition to be a family-friendly resort, the Rosière is a trail running station in the summer and a ski touring station in the winter. We enjoy an international ski area with 180km of slopes. Depending on the snow conditions, a return by ski to the chalet is possible.
La Rosière resort is open from Saturday 10 December 2022 to Saturday 22 April 2023 for the winter season. The shops, ski lifts and activities of the Tourist Office will open again for the summer season on mid June 2023.
The nearest international airport is Geneva, Switzerland (200km).
The nearest railway station is Bourg Saint Maurice (20km).
In season, the Bus Station of Bourg Saint Maurice offers regular buses to La Rosière
You can park for free in front of Les Charmettes chalet. We offer additional covered parking.
The proximity of the resort center allows you to walk all week long. In winter, a free shuttle reaching ski slopes of La Rosière and Les Eucherts stops at 50 meters from the chalet. The bus runs every 15 minutes and also serves the resort centers in less than 10 minutes.
The location of the chalet in the old village gives direct access to the departures of hiking trails. To facilitate your hikes, a summer shuttle is at your disposal. From Bourg Saint Maurice, it allows you to come back from your walks in the valley. The bus crosses the village of Séez, Montvalezan villages, the resort of La Rosière and the Col du Petit Saint Bernard.
