Tom's Cabin was so perfect. Quiet and so cozy with such beautiful surroundings inside and out. The view of the lake was breathtaking. It was very clean with plenty of little goodies if you forgot something or want to play a game of cards. Our family decided to make this our place to stay when our we gets together in Summit as we need the extra room and it is quite the topping on the cake to our family time! Thanks, Tom! See you soon!

We loved staying at this cozy cabin in remote upper state New York. It was very comfortable and had a well stocked kitchen. We took walks along the water with our dog. We cooked dinners and breakfasts there. Our last night we had pizza and wings delivered from Jim Jams…yummy!

If you want a rustic country cabin getaway, this is it. It’s not a luxury resort, however, it’s cozy and comfortable. We chose this location as it was near the 7 Ponds Farm where we attended a wedding. Being from the west coast, we enjoyed experiencing the local beautiful fall landscape, rolling hills, the Baseball Hall of Fame, and Howe’s Cavern. We hiked in a nearby state park, saw waterfalls, and tuned into the heritage history of the area. Although the cabin is located on Bear Gulch Lake, we did not do any water activities due to the weather. I could see how fun summer would be for families. Our friendly host, Thomas, was wonderful and available. Side note: Bring your own food with you and all toiletries. After traveling all day and arriving at the cabin around dusk, we had trouble finding restaurants and a grocery store open ( in the dark and on roads where the GPS was intermittent) and plus being open on a week night. You had to drive several towns over to find one.

Thomas is an excellent host . His cabin is very comfortable , has everything you need and the property and view of the lake is beautiful.

Nice little quiet cabin by the lake. Was easy for us to get around. Comfortable, cozy, and everything you need is there. He communicated regularly to make sure we were taken care of and we had what we needed. Great view of the water.
