This is a lovely residence in a beautiful neighborhood. We walked to the train station in about 15 minutes and caught the train to Edinburgh while my husband and son played golf at Carnoustie (about a 50 minute drive). Great kitchen with a washer and dryer. There is an older chair in the kitchen that I absolutely fell in love with… enjoyed my morning coffee in it! The rooms each have great beds. Great spot for a family to stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay. We were staying over Christmas so the Christmas trees in the kitchen and living room were a wonderful touch, it was a really lovely home away from home feel.

We came to stay during the Tabletop Scotland Convention as a group of friends, and the place was very close (>10 min walk) from the centre, local shops and parks. It's situated in a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood and feels homey. The place is very modern and furniture is new and in great condition. Everything was as described and we had an easy, enjoyable experience. We got a hold of David easily when needed. Overall, we would choose this place again and would recommend it for groups and families!
