优点： 1. 生活算便利。
 - 走十多分钟有一个PLAZA，银行，手机通讯商，儿童跳跳床，快餐店，超市都有，比较方便。
 - 走十分钟还有社区沿街的小店铺，理发，买水果，比较方便。 -

 >>>上面是三个地方，分散三处。 2.安全性高。封闭的社区，有大门警卫，为人都很热情，进出给开门，非常棒！ 3.小区中间有休闲草地，一个简易滑梯。 4.30天的房租为440美金。两个房间，一个大床，一个单身床，不错的价格。 5.有问题询问，都能较快得到房主回复或解决。 缺点： 1.厨房设施比较老旧，冰箱冷藏室有时会冻起来，或者门侧不保冷。 2.没有取暖设备，温差大的晚上，房间很冷。 3.房间都是低瓦数暖光灯，整体比较暗一些，需要一周时间习惯。 3.客厅工作桌有点狭窄，不太方便长时间工作。
4.晚上网络会变很慢，有时候处有断网状态。应该是哥伦比亚通讯商的问题。 5.没有电梯，在五楼，搬运行李超级辛苦。楼梯是铁栏杆，有宝宝的要贴身带着上下楼。
6.门很重，密码锁开锁后，推门很不方便。
7.浇花的水系统很吵，弄得房间很潮湿，让宝宝被虫子咬。
7.处于波哥大的西郊区。去娱乐和好吃的饭店的话，UBER或大众交通都要基本一个小时的交通到波哥大东区。 坐巴士都要通过社区巴士转到西部TERMINAL，再换乘巴士。

Es un muy buen alojamiento, ecológico, cómodo, está súper cerca del centro comercial! Tiene muy buena vista. Y Leonardo es muy amable.

Leonardo was an amazing Host! Communicative, informative, flexible, responsive and organized. The apartment is beautiful and has lots of plants inside. The residencial complex is very secure and beautiful, the staff there is super friendly and caring, I honestly loved it!
