Our 5 year old grandson referred to the caravan as a "hotel" (and he's been to a few)! Paul place is light bright and furnished with a personal touch. It felt like a safe environment with decking and a gate. It is spacious and each area is well defined. Plenty of dining ware and extras if you wanted to prepare meals. The Parkdean site is well maintained with daily checks on outdoor equipment and litter checks. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. One word of caution Parkdean have raised the high season price for a hub pass to £18.90 for everyone over 3 years old. Still good value if you are a family that is going to swim everyday. This is our second visit to Paul's van. I did look at other coastal resorts before we booked but I couldn't find the assured quality, cleanliness and value that Paul provides. Thank you Paul

Lovely caravan, great location within the park away from the entertainment area. Clean when we arrived and very spacious. The most storage for clothes etc we have ever had in a caravan very well designed too which is maybe why it’s a little pricier than others. Only criticism I would have is that the pictures on the booking show beds dressed with linen toilet rolls, which is a little misleading as bedding and towels are not included. However it does state in one of the drop downs which unfortunately myself and my partner missed. But for a newbie as such to Air bnb this was easily missed.

Fabulous caravan, really clean and lovely. Everything you need to have a great holiday. The decking was a great space for us. It was sunny all day and we sat and ate out there. Nice quite area of the camp site. If you do want to use the swimming pool facilities etc u do need to buy passes the the club houes at reception and at peak times the pool is fully booked up. We drove to the beach every day (10mins and free parking) and splashed in the sea. This is our second time at the campsite and im sure we will be back.
