Cedric was very helpful with our check in and was generous enough to block the apartment the previous day and give us an early check in. The rooms were spacious and air conditioned but only one bathroom and toilet for such a big space. The cleanliness of the bathroom and toilet could have been better.

mine was an overnight stay in Madgaon for a train I had to catch next morning so location was important. the apartment was in a quiet residential area but was a lil too far for my liking. but apart from that here are a few things I would like to note. 1. the apartment name was not given till the end. I only found out when I wanted to order for food. 2. even though the place is listed as pet friendly, the host was very hesitant to accept my booking - since I was travelling with my cat 3. the host doesn't live at the property so I had to wait for him at a landmark location to be brought to the apartment - despite of giving hours of notice - waiting in the middle of nowhere with a pet can be very stressful! 3. the apartment was nice but unclean. it was dusty. I wouldn't have minded the dust so much but the bedsheet was clearly not changed. the blanket was also dirty and I decided not to use it. 4. Cedric was nice to offer help with sharing contacts for transport to the station..

It was not what I expected .The host was okay, he did not come up to my expectations ..I could not think of cooking in the kitchen as the utensils seem to be dirty with stains.Although, the house was quite good with antique furnitures but full of dust.I had to prepone my check out.I believe , it can be Better .

The place was good and if you are coming with family then its a good place to stay. Their is scope of improvement in cleanliness
