The property is spectactular, rooms are clean, and it's great for groups because you have your own space. Each room has an ocean view. This is more of a hotel style property with daily housekeeping which was great. The villa comes with a concierge service which was great until I got the bill and realized that there is a very hefty service fee plus a credit card fee on top of anything you book. The service was great, but if you book something please know that there is no need to tip on top of what you pay. Before booking anything make sure you ask about the service charges.

Etiennette and not Sherri was our host. She is perfect , very responsive, always responding to all of our wishes. There was an unexpected tropical event and the Anguillan harbour was immediately shut. Etiennette managed to get us out by plane an hour later. She saved us or we would have been stuck for 3 days ( the airport shut down just after we left). One of the best host you can have !

Amazing location and beautiful view. The place looked just like the pictures. Additionally the Host team was beyond great. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a great time. They were very kind, helpful and responsive. I will definitely be back.

Great value. Beautiful surroundings, close to nature and fantastic views of the water. Would stay here again for sure.
