非常温馨的小公寓，一切装饰都符合我的喜好。下楼不远处的转角有一家口味不错的小餐馆，马路对面就是一家小超市，公寓客厅正对阿布扎比纽约大学，这一切都很不错，去景点打车也很方便。尽管最终我还是没找到烘干机，也没发现次卧的热水设置方式，但这里的好天气衣服很快也能晒干了，使用主卧的浴室也可以满足我们的需要，并不影响整体的体验。此外，便捷的入住和退房方式和管家耐心的指导我们设置燃气都让我很满意。房间里还给带孩子的家庭提供了很多便利设施，这次是带父母出游，我想下次一定会带孩子一起再次入住这个美好的地方，谢谢。

Beautiful apartments located in a quiet area of Saadiyat Island and equipped with everything you need for your stay. Special thanks to Marina and Ons for information support. The apartment was prepared for our arrival; a nice bonus was the presence of tea and coffee in the kitchen. There is a Baqala market within a three-minute walk, and Grandiose within a seven-minute walk, where you can find everything you need from groceries and household goods. We would be happy to rent these apartments again. I highly recommend these apartments for rent. Thank you Marina and Ons for a wonderful holiday component :)

Неплохое жилье, если есть необходимость проживать на Saadiyat в компании из четырех человек. Хозяин отзывчивый и приятный в общении. Инструкции по заселению и выселению были очень точными. Большая гостиная и две спальни со своими санузлами. Отдельная комната для работы. Рядом есть пара продуктовых магазинов и кофеен. Также есть большой бассейн и спортзал. Дом новый, но со своими нюансами. Потолки довольно низкие. Мебель не лучшего качества. В одной из ванных комнат потолок и ванна имеют довольно заметные дефекты. Также не очень понравилось постельное белье. Очень неудобные подушки и одеяло. За такую стоимость хотелось бы немного лучшего качества. В остальном, жилье довольно приятное и подходит для совместного времяпрепровождения. Очень много разнообразных настольных игр.

The Saadiyat island is a great place for staying. Very calm and not crowded.There is a university walking distance and there you can eat in its dining hall. There is also a small supermarket that is open until 1 am. Next to the building there is a bistro where you can have breakfast. Parking is great since you have a place in the underground parking near the elevator. The flat has two bedrooms - each has its own bathroom.There is also one toilet near the living room.We did not use swimming pool but there is one.Aircond. worked well. Regarding things that can be improved: we did not have exact instructions for parking.We did not know the number of the parking spot and people from the reception had to look through the papers.The card for entering the garage was in the flat so they had to let us in (not a huge problem but a small complication). Fridge in the kitchen can be awfully noisy.Water is not drinkable but we received a few small bottles at the beginning. The flat is really nice.

Great for a practical stay and close to many things. Very nicely dressed apartment and great host.
