La casa es muy bonita y en una zona muy tranquila lo único malo fue que el agua de la alberca era muy fría y pudimos disfrutarla en ningún momento. De ahí en fuera todo fue perfecto.

La casa está muy bonita, bastante espacio, todo en orden. La lluvia afectó un poco la luz pero confió en que lo mejorarán. Sin duda, es una gran opción para alojarse.

The electricity went out twice the first night we stayed there, at midnight and at 2 am, in the hot, humid weather. The property manager, Norberto, was excellent all throughout, but the owner never bothered to reach out to us. The air conditioning in the 2 upstairs bedrooms didn't work and one kept leaking, so we were not able to use either bedroom to sleep in due to the extreme heat. The water went out at 4 am on the third day and Norberto did his best to help us, however, the owner kept silent. We would only hear from Norberto that the owner was concerned, but never received a call or an apology from the owner to date. While we did enjoy the pool every day, the house has not been updated in years and we believe that it should not have been rented as such, with 2 air conditioners malfunctioning, old electrical wiring and a water tank that had not been cleaned, which caused us to go without water. We believe that we should get a full refund for our stay and an apology from the owner
