Really great spot on the edge of Newport, 5 mins away. 30 mins to Jay, Literally 5 turns to Jay. Just a little dated , but in immaculate condition. with ample storage. Everything 2 people would need. Great value for the price..

We were welcomed by a basket of snacks from the local natural food store. The place was clean and neat. The host was responsive to our questions. Great location near downtown. The washer/dryer were great for our 10 day stay. Overall, we were very happy with the place.
