Amith is very responsive and very helpful. We stayed for more than a week and also it’s very feasible for extended stay. Highly recommended!

Amith was extremely helpful and the place was really good! I would definitely recommend his place! it is super close to the main road as well which is a huge plus.

Amith is a very good host and the place is quite spacious. 5 of us could easily stay for 2 weeks. He responded promptly to all our questions and requirements. Uber/Zomato all accessible from the place.

Amith is a very responsive host and he is just a call or text away to help. House is decent and serves the basic purpose. Good thing is its 2.5 bhk. Top floor has good sunlight exposure. The desk to work is appreciated. They deliver filtered water to your doorstep and they clear the trash each day from your door step. However, there are scope of improvement like the cots could make less noise especially the top floor one, computer chairs could be more stable. There could be Iron box, Mixer, Dosa pan, Microwave oven etc or at least a few of them which we missed during the stay here in comparison to our stay elsewhere. I understand the technical challenges in having them but I was in need for them . First floor was a little too tight in space but good enough for a smaller stay. May be one sofa less, would give enough room to move around. Sunlight is less in first floor. I wouldn't mind this place for a shorter stay but for a longer family stay, above mentioned things are sorely missed.

lovely home... couldn'tstay there forever... but a neatly planned home for a family of 6 to 7 people atleast to live peacefully.. will definitely recommend this place to my friends... thanks to Amith ji ..
