Todella tunnelmallinen kauniisti remontoitu vanha villa, josta Kristiinankaupunki on tunnettu. Vastaavaa huvilaa ei löydy vuokrattavaksi. Kun asuu keskustassa niin on lähellä kaikkea, toki Kristiinankaupungissa ei syksyllä/talvella ole paljoa tekemistä ellei ole joku muu syy kuten meillä sukulointi. Myös 18 vuotias tytär viihtyi, kun kuitenkin modernit palvelut (iso televisio, kunnon sängyt ja suihku). Varmasti tulemme toistekin ja erityisesti haluisin kesällä pidempäänkin asu Villassa ja nauttia teetä puutarhassa.

This is more than a house - it's a piece of Scandinavian history but with modern updates . Staying in the seacaptains house was a real treat and made our trip to Finland very enjoyable. It is spacious, well equipped, personal and cosy. The courtyard provided a private space for us to barbecue and hang out but we mainly found ourselves gathering around one of the many fireplaces inside. Milla was always available to answer any questions and guide us to nearby attractions. I highly recommend staying here.

an absolute hideaway! I immediately felt at ease. Milla and her husband were super friendly. Everything was lovingly prepared. fresh flowers from the garden etc...didn't want to go home anymore. I'm already looking forward to the next time.
