An absolutely perfect location with access straight onto the beach. The annex worked well for our extended family and the house was warm and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate and the kitchen was clean and modern. The soft furnishings in the main living room were a bit worn and there was lots of pet hair and dust underneath, but this is probably one of the hazards of being so pet friendly. Overall a lovely stay in a great location, we would definitely visit Beadnell and surrounding area again.

Once again, a great location with plenty of facilities at the property. So close to the beach and the dog walks from there, Holly allowed us to take all our dogs which was brilliant, they loved the sea! Another fabulous family gathering with lots of memories.

You cannot get a better location, beach access straight from the garden was fantastic. We enjoyed the laid back atmosphere of Beadnell and have a new found love for the Northumberland coast. Magic.

To walk our of the back gate, over the dunes and onto the most magnificent beach is totally amazing to dol. An incredible location. The separate annexe worked well for us and the house was as warm as we wanted for a mid winter break. Kitchen a bit small for the size of the house but otherwise a fab stay. Many thanks

Location, Location, Location And this is a perfect location. 20 seconds and your on the beach, and what a beach it is. One of the best family holidays in a long time.
