Beautiful place. Looks exactly like in the pictures. Felt safe. Host is responsive and very accommodating. We will be back.

I felt a little uneasy booking reservation w/a host whose name was displayed as simply "H" but I took a chance. PROS: Semi-modern decor, Blackout curtains in main bdrm & shade in 2nd bdrm, Comfortable beds & linens, Very quiet at night, No shared wall with neighboring units, new buildings under construction, unit not in close proximity; no perceivable construction noise detected. Security @ head of street & complex entrance; Building Elevator (unit is on 6th floor); Designated parking space near elevator; Motion sensor ext lighting; Water dispenser & bottles provided; Vacuum cleaner (we didn't need it but nice to have when you do); Ironing board provided CONS: No Iron; No HDMI/USB ports on TV; must have own Netflix/Prime; no room for dining table; unannounced entry on 1st day; request for Tatu City sales office not provided. No Guest Info Book; keypad lockout (3 hrs) no follow up call; elevator security gate lockout. Nice unit. Poor management risks damage to Tatu City brand.

Wonderful place, owner and host are thoughtful and quite generous, great hospitality. I will definitely be back.
