It was a nice place the pool is not heated but during the pool friendly months this is not a problem. I like the trims of the house but the beds were very soft.

The house was very spacious and clean. The backyard made for a nice spot to hang with the family by the fire pit. I would love to come back on the summer to use the pool.

A beautiful home where friends and I immediately solidified as our future choice of stay when in Chico. Extremely courteous hosts with great response time and consideration.
