This property is run via a 3rd party company Travel Nest which had zero experience in how to manage a property. Instead of communicating via the Airbnb app, they insisted on private cell communication with the host, which they first provided an incorrect number, and then provided a disconnected number. They had no ability to contact or communicate with the host when I had been attempting to reach the host three days prior to check-in. When check-in finally came and the listing said the host would meet us, noone was there, I couldn't reach the host, and the corporation running this site spun in circles pawning me off to at least three different people none of which had any ability to assist with check-in or reach the host of the property they were managing. Managed to work with Airbnb in the end to get things sorted, but I would stay away from this property and any others "managed" by TravelNest.

The host was very difficult to contact for check in, we spent 40/45 mins waiting outside contacting multiple people before eventually receiving a message with the lockbox code for us to get in. The cleanliness was standard, with a few things that were clearly missed from previous guests. A man who was contracted to collect rubbish from the house also showed up without any prior notice from the host. However it was as pictured, beds comfy, fans provided (heatwave), clothes pods for the washing machine, and it was a nice stay apart from what I’ve mentioned above. I’d recommend staying here if you keep in mind what I’ve said, but to get in contact with the host long in advance to ensure you have the codes needed to get in.
