This was our second stay. We love the location, and the hotel staff associated with the apartment are wonderful. Apartment is always clean and ready early for us!

The place is as per the photos we had a great time however there are a few things that can be improved for a better stay. overall, we were happy with the accommodation provided. The apartment is in a perfect location very close to all the action in Lourdes. It has everything you need in the kitchen and the available beds are good. Things that can be improved are a window sticker on the shower door so that it is not see-through and the space can be used by multiple people at once. It's very easy to fix this. also the sofa bed, it really is a frame, it needs a mattress's for it to be useful as a bed. we had an issue with it, but the issue was addressed by management. be mindful if booking for 8 people. the WiFi doesn't really work, but it was ok as we all had internet. apart from this the stay was really good the swimming pool was awesome for the kids and the view of the river is spectacular. also the people working at the hotel were very nice and attentive.

Muy buen apartamento para visitar el santuario. A 5 minutos andando. El único detalle es que es muy difícil encontrar el apartamento, quizá podría solucionarse con algún cartel. Por otro lado, dice que está equipado con secador de pelo, estropajo y jabón para los platos, y no había. Otro detalle es que la puerta del baño no tiene puerta, y la ducha es transparente lo cual no permite ducharse si hay más gente en el apartamento.
