You and your family are just few minutes from Værløse train station and town centre with shops, supermarkets, cinema etc. - and a 10 min. walk from forest and lake “Søndersø” that you can walk around (approx. 4 km). Our home is cosy, relaxed and family friendly. Enjoy your dinner outside, either in front of the house, with a view to the closed street, or in our lovely, private garden where you can relax on the large tree terrasse. Charming house from 1963 - it has scratches here and there from people living here and kids playing around :) but it has been partly renovated during the years with among others new and heated floor on all 145 lovely square meters. From the kitchen and open dining room you have direct access and a great view of the entire garden - very lush, large and equipped with a huge tree terrasse from where you can enjoy the old beautiful apple tree, the kids trampoline, the cute tree house, swings, a playhouse and a sandbox. Lots of space for a football match or a bonfire, and you are of course welcome to use the barbeque grill on the terrasse for a nice summer dinner. For the sporty or just playful souls we offer a private, outdoor table tennis and two basket ball nets for both adults and kiddoes. The house has four bedrooms: - One (no. 1 = the master bedroom) with a huge king size bed (260x200 cm) where three people easily fit (or four or five if some of them are kids ;)) - The second (no. 2) with a (standard) king size bed (180x200 cm). This room is also the kids play room with misc. toys. - The third (no. 3) with a queen size bed (160x200 cm). This room also features a foldable baby changing table hanging on the wall. - The fourth (no. 4) with a sleeping couch, which consists of two mattresses that can be put on the floor next to each other. Or, if only for one person, just be used as one person sleeping couch with a double mattress. This room also features a desk, an office chair and an office screen. Bedrooms no. 1 and 2 and 4 have an almost) adjacent bathroom (the same one for bedroom 2 and 4). The two bathrooms both offer toilet and shower, while the master bathroom also has a bath tub. NB.: Please note that we have a senior (but small) cat, and she will be in and around the house during your stay. She is very, very friendly and mild, and in the summer she prefers being outside around 80% of the time. She will not bother you with anything!
