Wonderful villa with dependance and private pool, located in the Umbrian countryside, near Lake Trasimeno, and on the border with Tuscany. It can sleep up to 18 people, has 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison. Nous étions 4 familles soit 17 personnes. La maison est spacieuse, chaque chambre a sa salle de bain. le jardin est très grand sans vis à vis avec une belle vue sur la campagne. Nous étions à 10min des commerces et bien placés pour visiter les belles villes de Toscane. Petit bémol, le réfrigérateur fonctionnait très mal, les 200kw inclus dans la location sont nettement insuffisant alors que nous étions souvent absents de la maison et précautionneux. Nous avons dû payer 150€ de plus pour l'électricité ( 300kw ). Le WiFi fonctionne très bien partout. Prévoyez de de l'anti moustique, ils sont très agressifs.

Villa Ranciano is located in the splendid Umbrian countryside, close to the border with Tuscany, and just 5 km from Castiglione del Lago and Lake Trasimeno.
Located on the western shore of Lake Trasimeno, Castiglione del Lago is a medieval town with a lovely historic center, full of shops and restaurants.
The property boasts a strategic position to easily visit all the Umbrian beautiful cities and villages (such as: Perugia, Assisi, Foligno and Spoleto).
For sports lovers we suggest an excursion to Lake Trasimeno (the fourth largest lake in Italy) where you can practice several activities: sailing, sport fishing, canoeing, water skiing.
On the Tuscan front, within half an hour by car you can reach Cortona (an ancient Etruscan and Medieval city of art), and Montepulciano (a renowned spa center with its characteristic royal palaces, as well as the home of “Vino Nobile”).
