Matt's place was a the perfect hidden gem! Everything is exactly as described and advertised. Matt was a very attentive host and one of the best ones we've had. We definitely will book again .

Matt was responsive BUT, we were not happy. The house was dirty and dead roaches were found in multiple rooms. Both toilets did not flush properly, dead water bug in the bedroom. No shower curtains in the masters bedroom, pool was not cleaned, backyard was unsafe because it had weights/ Randoms items in the back. Bedroom sheets were tattered and old, Mattresses strange stains. Furniture was old. No amenities (towels, rags, soap). Old food was left in the refrigerator long before we arrived to the airbnb. Poor wifi connection. Counters were covered with dust. Because of the mediocre service and us speaking up as concerned customers, Matt is now trying to flip all of the issues already existed at his residence on his well paying customer. Its unfortunate for him to not take accountability for his actions.

We really enjoyed staying at this location. We had a small issue but once we contacted Matt he was responsive and helpful. Also, this location is centrally located to all the main attractions: stadium, fairgrounds, Busch Gardens, Downtown and not too far a drive dmfrom Clearwater.
