An oasis of peace surrounded by nature a stone's throw from the historic center of Rovere and with direct access to the nature trails of the Alto Piano delle Rocche. It is 10 minutes from the Ovindoli and Campo Felice ski lifts. The cozy and romantic apartment is perfectly suited to couples, small groups of max 5 and families for active or relaxing holidays. The apartment located a few kilometers from the Ovindoli and Campo Felice ski resorts, from Rocca di Mezzo with its lively square, from natural areas (Sirente-Velino Regional Natural Park, Altopiano delle Rocche, Piani di Pezza, Monte Sirente, Fonte Anatella, Wildlife area of the Abruzzo chamois). It is composed of a living area with parquet, living room with fireplace and dining table, TV, a small bathroom with toilet and sink and a kitchen equipped with fridge and small freezer, microwave oven with grill, gas stove and views of the mountain and the forest. The sleeping area with parquet which is accessed by a wooden staircase equipped with handrail and closing gate to prevent accidental falls is composed of an attic divided into two communicating parts with a futon (140cmx200cm) and a single bed (90cmx200m). The master bedroom (with 160cmx200cm bed and wardrobe with drawers) overlooks the valley towards Ovindoli. The bathroom consists of a large masonry shower, sink, bidet and toilet with heated towel rail and electric heater.

Valérie sempre gentile e pronta a rispondere ad ogni nostra richiesta. Abbiamo soggiornato con due bimbi (2 e 5) e abbiamo amato il letto che lei aveva messo a disposizione per loro, cancelletto di sicurezza sulle scale perfetto. Casa molto accogliente, posizione ottima. Check-in e check-out semplicissimi. La consigliamo assolutamente!
It is the second time I stay at Valérie’s place. The flat is tiny but lovely. Extremely clean and well maintained. I suggest this place and I will book again!
Valérie è una persona molto disponibile e risponde sempre al telefono per qualsiasi cosa. La casa è ben arredata e trasmette calore. Il bagno ampio e confortevole. Il camino è una chicca che aggiunge valore... anche d'estate! Tornerò!
Io e la mia famiglia (due adulti ed un bambino di 6 anni) abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Valèrie, a Rovere, durante i fine settimana del mese di luglio. La casa si trova all’interno di un residence a pochi minuti a piedi dalla piazzetta centrale di Rovere. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa ed intorno si gode di una bellissima vista sui monti e sul paese. Valérie fin da subito si è mostrata molto disponibile e precisa. Ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni per raggiungere la casa e per godere al meglio del nostro soggiorno. La casa è completamente ristrutturata e dotata di ogni comfort: dall’angolo cucina alla camera da letto, passando per il piccolo soggiorno con caminetto. Le decorazioni e le opere di Valérie la rendono molto calda ed accogliente. Inoltre la scelta di giochi (di qualità) per bambini contribuisce ancor di più a creare un ambiente familiare e confortevole. Rovere è un piccolo gioiello tutto da scoprire e ci resterà nel cuore. Valerie's apartment is a charming and cozy place in the beautiful Rovere. The apartment is well equipped and has everything that is needed for a relaxing vacation. the communication with Valerie was great and she responded quickly to any query. If you love to be in touch with nature, this is the place to go and you will have plenty of options to enjoy your stay. This is definitely I place I will come back with my family

The residence is located on the mountainside in a position overlooking the historic center of Rovere. It is accessed by a private asphalted road that leads directly to the covered and uncovered garage in front of the entrance to the building.
