A truly beautiful place to relax. The patio is where we sent to majority of our time enjoying the view. The lake was the place to be during the day. The water was clear and cool. Definitely planning our trip here next summer.

This house has a lot of potential to be something really special. The screened in porch was amazing and where we spent most of our time. However, this home is in serious need of an update. The furniture is absolutely horrible. Nothing is comfortable and the bed was awful. My husband and I slept horribly. He actually went out and slept in the rocker/recliner, which wasn't much better. For having a beautiful screened in porch, the furniture was not up to par. The wire table & chairs could use some cushions, and the other seats available were literally falling a part. A piece was missing from the seat and they just covered it up with an old cushion. Aside from the furniture and musky lakehouse smell, our stay was fine. Not having WIFI wasn't a dealbreaker, but it would've been nice. We had our 2 toddlers with us and had to download kids movies to watch on our tablet. It would've been great to all cuddle up together and watch a movie on the TV. Overall, we would not stay here again.

Nice place, clean. Had some issues getting in. The door had a lock I couldn’t get into. The key was easy to access although it wasn’t needed. There was a coded Schlage lock on the door that I didn’t have a code to and unable to get in I called ABB, transferred to Connor (in Denver?). He was very friendly & took ownership right away. Even gave me his direct phone number. I felt assurred it would be fixed. I was inconvenienced about an hour but I was comfortable knowing any future issues, if any, would be cared for promptly. The owner (Paula) called to check on us soon after. She always responded in short order. The driveway is short and steep, the house about 8 feet lower than the street, slope about 45 +/-degrees, about 4” clearance for my van’s bumper. I was worried and walked up the drive to reduce the van’s weight just in case. No worries if I arrived in an SUV. Overall our stay was pleasant. I’d come back.

The place was a perfect fit for our family. The only thing that was disappointing is that the dock to the lake was not useable. My husband and daughter wanted to fish and swim, but the dock was marked as private property. The whole reason we chose that property was because it was right on the lake. It would have been nice to know that the dock was not accessible to the guests staying at the house. Also, the cleaning fee alone was more expensive then the price of the house to stay in, yet we still had to take off the bed linens, take out the trash, and start the dishwasher. If I’m paying that outrageous of a cleaning fee, why do I need to do any of the clean up? There is also no internet access (we knew that before coming, but really, who doesn’t have internet now a days?) Other than that it was a pleasant stay.
