We were in town for a concert and decided to stay a bit longer to soak up some much needed sun, and this wonderful vacation home did not disappoint. This lovely property gives you a private pool and hot tub, multiple king suites, and full kitchen, all for less than a night for a suite at one of the local resorts. Very close to good restaurants, shopping and hiking, while feeling like a private quiet retreat getaway. Our host was communicative and very accommodating when we requested scent free bedding, and overall the housekeeping was excellent. Waking up every morning to the gentle song of doves and soaking in the hot tub while facing the sunrise was lovely. Usual household supplies were provided, and everything was in excellent condition. The digital property guide gave lots of suggestions and area info, and even a concierge service for booking local excursions and events. We barely scratched the surface on options this trip, and look forward to returning soon!

This house is as described and wonderful! It is not only walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale but also to the Fashion Square Mall where there are an abundance of wonderful stores and highly rated restaurants. We also loved that the house is very close to the canal that was awesome for walking and running! Colin is an amazing host and always responded when we reached out with questions.

We loved this little luxury refuge right near old town! It’s cozy in size, but exactly as pictured. Colin was an incredible host. We will be back!

The house was AMAZING! The pictures represented the place very well but it was even more beautiful in person. The pool and hot tube were wonderful and very private. The location is perfect too as it is tucked away in a cul-de-sac but only a few blocks from Old Town. Next time I come to Scottsdale, I will stay here again!
