The place was clean it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. My kids loved the heated pool. Check in instructions were very clear and easy. And Ale and Pam response time was very quickly. I would definitely take my family back again.

The location was good, but upon arriving the Gate entrance was extremely congested. Due to this being a Airbnb community. The vacation home was clean, and accommodating our needs for the number of guest we had. Some
Ale and Pam were wonderful hosts! They were very responsive, kind and amiable. The home was beautiful, and spotless! The only issues we ran into was a little difficulty knowing how to use the QR code at the gate (but the security guards were very helpful), and the pool flow wasn't working properly. The spa would overflow into the pool, but the spa would not get refilled by the pool. We couldn't quite figure that out. Otherwise, the home was beautiful! One guest in our party forgot their luggage and housekeeping was kind enough to alert us and allow her to come back and pick it up. Thank you for being so kind and responsive!
Great stay, perfect for me and my family and I felt right at home. The hosts were great and I’m so happy I chose this spot!!
