Everything was good just no place to smoke and I understand not smoking in the house but not smoking on the premises, is a little to much. Just let peoples know not to leave butts in the yard and on the grounds. Overall the place was wonderful and Mr. Joseph would answer my texts if I texted him. He was a great host.

Another 5-star stay at Joe’s Resort. Again we consider this home away from home. This is probably our 5th or 6th stay here and this resort has yet to let us down. Joe is very caring, patient, attentive, very friendly and most importantly accommodating. An unforeseen circumstance arose on our part and Joe never broke character he still showed nothing but respect and kindness. Great host and Great resort!

I could not recommend Joseph’s place enough! It was the best stay I have ever had in an Airbnb. Joseph made sure to make my friends and I feel at home and offered assistance with anything.

I was extremely impressed with the home. Joseph had the home equipped with every single toiletry you can think of. The home was spotless. I've stayed in five-star hotels with an experience that did not come close to matching up to all this stay had to offer. I also felt very safe. I am an early morning runner, and I truly felt very comfortable as a running in the neighborhood. I will definitely consider booking a stay with Joseph again in the future.
