Caitlin was great and very responsive in answering all my questions. The house is a perfect getaway. The pool is great, it's a short walk to the beach and anything else you could need is pretty close by. We had a great time. Thank You.

We had an unexpected issue with another rental, which was a blessing in disguise as Caitlin couldn't have been more helpful and responsive in getting things confirmed last-minute. The house itself was great for our extended family, the kids loved the bunk room and pool, the house was in great shape, the path to the beach was just a few minutes walk to a very uncrowded beach, and we loved being in Sea Pines and enjoying the bike paths, playgrounds, and restaurants.

Caitlin was wonderful and extremely responsive. The place itself was well positioned and short walk to the beach, and having be the pool was a great amenity. Plenty of rooms and eating spaces, which helped accommodate all of our party. Thank you again and we hope to come back soon!

Beautiful home. Perfect for families. Short, private walk to the beach. We had a wonderful week at Caitlin’s home. Our family of seven felt right at home. The kids bunk room was perfect with lots of children’s books, games, a couch and a TV. The beach was a short private walk from the house and the stretch of beach outside was not at all crowded. We rented bikes and toured sea pines restaurants, playgrounds, stores, and ice cream shops without ever getting into the car. The kitchen was very well appointed. Highly recommend!
