great place to stay! very clean and cozy, and easy to contact. it seems like there is a train station very close and the train passes very often, but will still recommend and come back.

This is a great stay for metro Phoenix. We could easily walk to several great restaurants in Gilbert and had an easy time with parking at the listing. No complaints! Host was quick to respond when we had any questions. Location felt very secure.

This apartment was very clean and just as described. We walked around Gilbert a lot and also rode the bus which was a short walk from the front door. We felt safe the entire time. The train tracks were clearly described in the listing and we heard a train whistle about once per night. We will consider staying again while visiting friends and family in the area.

Cute place good for our 2 adults and 2 children. Walking distance to downtown Gilbert. Very clean. Small but not uncomfortable. Super quick communication with host on anything I had issues with. Easy check out (no long list of instructions just take the trash out). Which was nice for ease of checking out. No dishwasher but we didn’t cook more than breakfast so it wasn’t a big deal. Neighborhood was very safe and clean. Parking right in front on street steps from the house. Good for a comfy place to sleep and rest after long days exploring.
