James’ place was perfect for our boys weekend away. Beautiful peaceful property had heaps of fire wood for the fire. Great with checking in and out. Would definitely stay again 10/10

Cosy Cottage was located a few minutes drive from Portland away from suburbia in a farmland setting. The driveway is about 200 metres long which makes it enough didtance from the highway that you cannot hear the traffic. It was a great location to stay with a fishing boat because it enabled you to have confidence to leave your fishing gear in the boat set up for the next days fishing. There is a double garage available to use with a very large chest freezer in it if the fish are biting. The cottage has 3 good size bedrooms with very comfortable beds in them. Overall the stay was a very pleasant experience and i would highly reccomend it, particularly if you are fishing off Portland. Portland marina facilities are also outstanding.
